Woodlands Bank is seeking a qualified, experienced Customer Service Specialist for our Lock Haven Office. This is a full time position. Responsibilities include a variety of duties to support the consumer services functions of a community office; through knowledge of branch operations; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; a working knowledge of bank consumer products and services , along with the operating policies and procedures; coordinating work within the office, as well as other departments; report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
A minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions normally required. Competitive salary and benefits.
